There was an issue with our transfer once we hit Greece, and Jodi ensured that it was remedied and that our transfer was scheduled for departure. We recently came back after booking through Jodi for the first time. This was definitely not the last time. We have never booked a vacation this easily. Jodi took care of everything for us, showing us different options for different resorts, flights and so on. Once we had booked, she made sure we had all the necessary documentations, we even received a packing list ;). She checked in with us every couple days, she let us know if our flight gate changed as well as anything else that came up. I can't praise her enough, if I could give more stars I would. Great experience overall!
Booked our spring break trip with Jodi @ JZW Travel. She chose an amazing resort Live Aqua Cancun. We enjoyed a week of amazing restaurants and food. Our room was beautiful with a gorgeous view. Our resort had multiple pools and our package came with a pool cabana. The resort staff were so helpful and accommodating. JZW thought of every detail and made our trip so easy and enjoyable!
