 I can’t thank Jodi at JZW Travel enough for planning the trip of a lifetime for me and my dad. This 9-day adventure to Hawaii was not just a vacation - it was a journey to complete my dad’s bucket list and fulfill my dad’s lifelong dream of visiting Pearl Harbor. A retired Navy sailor, my dad always hoped to see the USS Arizona Memorial, and this trip exceeded every expectation we had.
From the very start, Jodi made the planning process seamless and stress-free (we changed dates 3 times.) She coordinated everything—flights, rental cars, and beautiful hotels on Oahu, Maui, and the Big Island (all in prime locations). Every detail was perfectly organized, which allowed us to focus entirely on enjoying our time together.
But what really set JZW Travel apart was her thoughtful recommendations. She gave us insider tips for visiting the islands, ensuring my dad’s experience was smooth and meaningful. Watching his face light up as he stood at the USS Arizona Memorial was priceless. I used to think of Pearl Harbor as an historical event, but now I see it as his legacy.

 Jodi is simply spectacular at what she does and we cannot recommend her highly enough! She helped us book our 2024 Christmas vacation to Jamaica and we will definitely be keeping her as our travel agent. We travelled on a plane for the first time with our nine month old and thanks to Jodi had access to Club Mobay when we arrived in Montego Bay. This service made it quick and easy to get through customs instead of waiting in long lines. Shortly into our trip, our little one unfortunately became very sick with pneumonia and we had to cut our vacation short to get to the hospital. Jodi could not have been more helpful working behind the scenes to make our lives easier so we could focus on our infant receiving the best medical care possible. JZW Travel is amazing and we thank you Jodi for all your help!
 

 I trust Jodi completely and I cannot recommend her more to anyone that needs a travel agent. I have booked two vacations with her and more to come! She knows her stuff inside and out. She is very kind, patient, honest, understanding, and quick to answer back emails. She will always give you her honest opinion based on her experience and knowledge and will go above and beyond for whatever you need. She planned us a wonderful vacation to Secrets Akumal this June that matched what we were looking for perfectly. Everything was flawless from the resort, beach, and airport transfer. Wish I could give Jodi more than 5 stars!
 

We recently came back after booking through Jodi for the first time. This was definitely not the last time. We have never booked a vacation this easily. Jodi took care of everything for us, showing us different options for different resorts, flights and so on. Once we had booked, she made sure we had all the necessary documentations, we even received a packing list ;). She checked in with us every couple days, she let us know if our flight gate changed as well as anything else that came up. I can't praise her enough, if I could give more stars I would. Great experience overall!
